Shipping and delivery times

We ship orders (in over 95% of cases) within 24 hours of receiving payment. Each of our shipments has a tracking number so that you have full control over the delivery.

The shipping fee includes:

- order handling costs

- packaging costs

- carrier fee

Service fees are fixed, while carrier fees vary depending on the total weight of the shipment and range from PLN 15.85 to PLN 26.83 net (in Poland) and from PLN 25 to PLN 100 net (abroad). We recommend grouping items in one order - it will be the cheapest. We guarantee very good and safe packaging of your products so that they reach you intact.

DPD courier: 1 business day

Inspot parcel lockers: 1-2 business days

Estimated delivery time in Europe:

DPD courier: 2-4 business days

Polish Post: 2-8 business days

Estimated delivery time outside Europe:

USA: 5-10 business days (Polish Post) or DHL Express/Fedex (2-3 working days)

Other countries 5-20 business days (Polish Post)

Please note that sometimes customs clearance can extend delivery by a few days - this is not up to us.
